(For Ireland and Northern Ireland this is a palletised kerbside delivery. Unfortunately, assembly is not available).

Christmas and New Year Delivery Information

Beds and Furniture

For in-stock items, delivery is currently estimated at 4 to 5 weeks from the date of your order for delivery in January 2025
From 20th December 2024, this timeframe will reduce to 3 to 4 weeks.

Office Hours

Our office will close for Christmas at 4:30 PM on Friday, 20th December 2024, and will re-open on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
Any orders placed during the Christmas and New Year holidays will be processed upon our return.

Christmas Delivery Deadline for Mattresses

Mattress-Only Orders: The last order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is Wednesday, 18th December 2024.
Mattress orders received after these dates will be planned for delivery during the first two weeks of January 2025.

NORMAL DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Bed and Furniture Orders

Delivery Time frame: Unless otherwise advised on the individual product page, all bed and furniture orders will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days, subject to postcode.
Two-Man Delivery: For all Bed Packages, this includes a two-man room of choice delivery.
Contact for Booking: Our delivery and assembly partner, Jade Logistics, will contact you directly to book a delivery date.

Mattress Only Orders

Delivery Timeframe: All mattress-only orders will be delivered within 3 working days.
Delivery Service: These are sent with UPS for doorstep-only delivery. You will receive an email from UPS upon dispatch with full tracking details.

HOME ASSEMBLY SERVICE

We offer our home assembly service by our dedicated Stompa team for only £130 per package. Our assembly team will assemble your products in your room of choice and remove all packaging, leaving your bedroom ready for use. Opting for this service extends your guarantee from 5 to 10 years. Please note: choosing our home assembly service does not affect the delivery time.
