5 Year Manufacturer's Guarantee
All Beds and Furniture purchased from the 21st October 2024, come with a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials.
10 Year Platinum Manufacturer's Guarantee on Assembled Beds
If your bed frame is assembled by our dedicated Home Delivery and Assembly Team, it will be covered by our 10-year platinum manufacturer's guarantee. Please ensure you retain your signed and dated Home Assembly Document as proof.
Mattress Manufacturer's Guarantee
From 2017, all mattresses are covered by a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials.
Coverage Details
In the unfortunate event of a problem with your Stompa product, we will endeavour to replace or repair, free of charge, any faulty parts due to manufacturing faults within the timeframes and under the terms mentioned above.
Exclusions
This manufacturer's guarantee does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
- Neglect, abuse, or misuse of your goods
- Loss or damage due to unreasonable exposure to water or weather
- Loss or damage due to fire, smoke, sunlight, or accidental damage
- Loss caused by a third party
This manufacturer's guarantee is non-transferable.
Specific Product Information
White Finish Products
Our white finish products are made from a combination of solid pine and MDF with a whitewash lacquered finish. The natural ageing process may cause knots in the pine to darken, which is not considered a manufacturing fault. We provide a 'touch up' paint pot upon request for such cases.
Geographic Limitations
We are unable to offer repair or replacement for products that become defective outside the UK.
Care Instructions
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth; avoid scourers, abrasives, or chemical cleaners.
- Pine furniture will darken and mellow over time due to sunlight exposure.
- Avoid extreme heat or placing furniture directly next to radiators.
- Stompa beds are designed for children and are not suitable for jumping on. Recommended weight limit is 70kg.
- Periodically retighten fittings with the Allen key provided.
- Lift beds slightly when moving to avoid strain on joints and fixings.

To proceed with a claim, you will need:
- A copy of your purchase receipt
- If applicable, a copy of your signed and dated Home Assembly Document
